This business was built on curiosity, care, and a deep belief that technology should make life better – not more complicated.
It all started with a Diploma in IT and a love of figuring out how things work. Early on, I cut my teeth at Unisys, working on big, complex systems for major banks and insurers. I learned how technology shapes business, and how critical it is to get it right. After seven years there, I moved into web development while completing a Masters in Cognitive Science, exploring how people think and how they interact with the world around them – including technology.
But life isn’t a straight line. For seven years, I traded servers for soil, working in bush regeneration, including two years leading a team of people with mental disabilities. That time taught me just as much about teamwork, patience, and human connection as any tech job ever could.
I returned to IT with a fresh perspective, working in IT support at a tourism company, then backstage at the Sydney Opera House, moving scenery behind the scenes. Eventually, I landed at Sol1, where I went from helpdesk support to Linux sysadmin, and finally to Chief Information Security Officer. That role gave me a bird’s eye view of how technology, risk, and people intersect, and how much businesses need clear, trustworthy, human-centred tech support.
Now, I’ve started my own business to offer just that.
This business exists to make things easier for small businesses and home users-people who rely on technology but don’t always speak its language. Whether it’s fixing a problem, setting something up, or securing what matters most, we’re here to help in a way that’s calm, clear, and reliable.
Our dream is to take the stress out of IT, to be the tech partner you can actually talk to, and to help our clients grow, thrive, and focus on what they do best.
This isn’t just support – it’s support with heart, brains, and a whole lot of experience.
